Job Role:
Telecaller (Female Only)

Role Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls for customer communication

• Share service details and offers with customers

• Answer customer questions politely

• Keep daily call records and report to the manager

Location:
Sokherbazar, Behala, Kolkata

Interview Location:
Same as job location
